MECHANICS' LIENS, § 186 — lessor, liability. In action against lessor to foreclose mechanic's lien, evidence showed that heating and plumbing contract in connection with converting carbarn into a tavern was fully completed, subsequent repair work performed by plaintiff had nothing to do with the original contract, and at time lessee employed plaintiff he gave him a copy of the lease, which provided that before any improvements were undertaken the lessor should be provided with a contractor's waiver of lien.
