CORPORATIONS, § 338 — officer, action for compensation. In action for compensation by corporate officer, master properly found that corporate resolution bound plaintiff to stand loss on accounts he might guaranty in the future, but evidence showed that plaintiff did not guaranty any accounts, so defendant would not be entitled to a credit for bad debts, and bonds issued to officers were to retire amounts for salary due at time resolution was passed, not up to the date the stock was issued.
