AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 167.2 — buyer injured in demonstration ride, evidence. Lower court properly awarded plaintiff judgment for personal injuries, where evidence showed that he was given a demonstration ride in an automobile by agent of defendant and was thrown against the windshield by a sudden stop, judgment for $1,350 was not excessive in view of evidence that plaintiff suffered cerebral concussion and crepitation in the shoulder joint, and instruction that jury should not consider gratuitous payment of wages by plaintiff's employer while he was unable to work was not reversible error.
