ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 627 — final account, controversy between administrators. In controversy between coadministrators, lower court properly found that an account stated between the parties provided for charge of interest on an open one of them had with the estate, overpayment to claimant which one administrator had made and agreed to repay personally did not allow him a credit for interest, stipulations concerning various items between the administrators were conclusive and binding, compensation of one administrator was properly less than the other where an agreement for same was entered into, and costs were properly taxed against administrator whose dilatory tactics delayed administration and for whose benefit the litigation was carried on.
