Nellie M. Conerty, Appellee, v. Richard J. Richtsteig et al., Defendants. Richard J. Richtsteig and Marie Richtsteig, Appellants.

MORTGAGES, § 138 — mortgagor's liability after conveyance. Deficiency decree was properly entered against mortgagor, where the mortgagor had assigned his interest to one who assumed the mortgage, and thereafter several extension agreements were entered into with the assignee without the consent of the mortgagor, but mortgagor's original trust deed covenanted to pay the indebtedness as provided by the notes, or "according to any agreement extending time of payment."
