1. Intoxicating Liquors — Selling to Minor — Statutory Provision. It is unlawful in this state for anyone to sell intoxicating liquor to a minor, and the penalty is a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $2,000, and imprisonment not less than 30 days in the county jail, nor more than five years in the State Penitentiary.
2. Appeal and Error — Sufficiency of Conflicting Evidence to Sustain Conviction. Where the evidence of defendant's guilt is conflicting, and the evidence of the state is sufficient to sustain the conviction, the verdict of the jury will not be set aside on appeal. It is only when the evidence is insufficient upon which to base a verdict that the same will be set aside.
3. Intoxicating Liquors — Fine of $100 and Sentence of One Year for Selling Liquor to Minors Held not Excessive.
