(Syllabus.)
1. Searches and Seizures — Not Mandatory That Name of Owner of Premises Be Inserted in Affidavit and Search Warrant. It is not absolutely necessary that the name of the party whose premises are to be searched is inserted in the affidavit and search warrant, it is the best practice to do so where the name of the party is known to the one signing the affidavit.
2. Same — Required Recitals Where Name of Owner Omitted. If the name of the party whose premises are to be searched is not stated in the affidavit, it should be stated that it is unknown, and the description of the premises should be such as to enable the party executing the warrant to locate the premises to be searched without aid of any other information save that contained in the search warrant.
