INFANTS, § 29 — delay in disaffirmance of contract. In an action to recover certain payments made on a contract to purchase real estate on the ground that at the time of execution of the contract and making payments plaintiff was an infant, and it appeared that plaintiff was notified during infancy and twice within two years thereafter to make up payments on the contract without any disaffirmance, and his disaffirmance came more than eight years after he became of legal age and the suit to recover more than nine years thereafter, plaintiff did not repudiate the contract within a reasonable period after he reached full age.
