Brookson Distillers, Inc., Appellee, v. United States Casualty Company, Appellant.

TIME, § 1 — as to daylight or standard time under insurance policy. In an action to recover on a combination holdup policy, where it was contended for the insurer that the robbery took place after 12 midnight according to a police report and policemen, and plaintiff contended the policy covered standard time, on any ambiguity in the policy, the construction would be adopted which favored the insured, and the trial court properly concluded that if the holdup occurred at 12:30 midnight, daylight saving time, this was 11:30 standard time, hence covered by the policy.
