Dorothy E. Thorne, Appellee, v. Sol

DIVORCE, § 103 — when petition to vacate decree is too late. Divorce decree, granted wife on ground of extreme and repeated cruelty of husband, could not be vacated, on husband's petition, more than 30 days after its entry on grounds, as claimed by husband, that testimony was insufficient to authorize trial court to find husband guilty of extreme and repeated cruelty and that testimony of wife and her witnesses, concerning matter of cruelty, was "false and untrue."
