People of the State of Illinois, Defendant in Error, v. John Boryszewski, Plaintiff in Error.

AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 250 — sufficiency of information charging motorist with passing through red light and striking pedestrian. Information charging defendant motorist with passing through red light and striking and injuring pedestrian, held sufficient as against contention that allegations in information were defectively stated, especially where defendant did not question sufficiency of information until after court had heard cause, made its finding, and imposed fine.
