W. G. Fortner, Plaintiff, v. W. Joe Hill, Circuit Judge, Defendant. (Abstract of Decision.)

MANDAMUS, § 33 — propriety of denial of writ to compel certification of report of proceedings. Petition for mandamus praying that respondent as judge of circuit court be directed to certify and approve report of proceedings in certain cause heard before him as trial judge would be denied where it appeared that no report of proceedings in proper form, containing copies of exhibits instead of originals, was presented to respondent to approve and certify.
