LANDLORD AND TENANT, § 122 — liability of landlord for injuries to tenant slipping on icy steps. In action by tenant against landlord for injuries sustained in fall on icy steps, judgment for tenant would be reversed where evidence disclosed that tenant was aware of slippery condition of steps before walking upon them, and that slippery condition was result of continuous snowfall which rendered it practically impossible for landlord to maintain steps clear of ice and snow.
