EDWARD BARTON, Respondent, v. FRANK J. RACE et al., Appellants.

This is an appeal by the defendants from a judgment setting aside a conveyance of a farm on the ground that the same was without fair consideration within the meaning of the Debtor and Creditor Law and rendered the creditor insolvent. A careful examination shows that only a question of fact is involved in the record which has been resolved by the trial court in favor of the plaintiff. It is not against the weight of evidence and therefore the judgment should be affirmed. Judgment appealed from affirmed, with costs. All concur.
