Arlie Wolfinbarger et al., Appellees, v. County Court of Williamson County, Illinois, and S.E. Storme, County Clerk, Respondents. County Court of Williamson County, Illinois et al., Appellants. (Abstract of Decision.)

CERTIORARI, § 7 — errors of law as not correctable in common-law certiorari proceeding. Common-law certiorari proceeding raises questions only of whether court had jurisdiction and proceeded legally, and in such proceeding in circuit court, which proceeding attacked certain judgment of county court, held that circuit court erred in treating proceeding as one in which it could correct alleged errors of law committed by county court.
