Edmiers' Motor Ser v. ce, Inc., Appellee,

AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 207.1 — sufficiency of evidence to sustain verdict for plaintiff in action for damage to truck in collision with defendants' street car. In action for damage to plaintiff's truck, resulting from fact that, in daytime, truck's left front side struck right front corner of defendants' street car as latter, which had approached on same city street as that on which truck was traveling in opposite direction, attempted to make left turn into intersecting street, held that jury's verdict for plaintiff, on which verdict trial court entered judgment, was not against manifest weight of evidence.
