Helen E. Menten, Administratrix of Estate of Earl T. Menten, Deceased, Appellant, v. Illinois Publishing and Printing Company, Appellee.

AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 117.6 — sufficiency of evidence to show defendant truck-operator not liable for pedestrian's fatal injury. In action for death of pedestrian, who, in nighttime, was fatally injured, at city street intersection, presumably by someone's motor vehicle, held that overwhelming weight of evidence supported jury's not-guilty verdict as to defendant truck-operator.
