(Syllabus.)
1. Larceny — Grand and Petit Larceny Distinguished. The dividing line between grand and petit larceny is that if the value of the property stolen exceeds $20, it is grand larceny; if the value does not exceed $20, it is petit larceny. 21 O. S. 1941 § 1704.
2. Same — Grade of Larceny Determined by Reasonable Market Value of Property. The reasonable market value of the property stolen is the true criterion for determining the grade of larceny.
3. Same — Grade of Offense not Determined by Ceiling Price of O. P. A. The ceiling price of property as fixed by the Price Administration was put in force as a measure to prevent the raising of prices and to keep down inflation. It was enacted as a war emergency measure, and does not provide a means for the determination of the grade of larceny as prescribed by the statutes of this state.
