PAYMENT, § 27 — payment made in full satisfaction of judgment covers principal and interest. In action by owners of land condemned in local improvement proceeding, wherein it appeared plaintiffs had signed vouchers stating that they had received payment in full of the amounts of their judgments, but brought action for "balance of principal," contending they had applied payments first to interest and then to principal, where city contended there was no intention to pay interest and relied upon receipts of full payment signed by plaintiffs, held that case was properly dismissed.
