AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 112.2 — sufficiency of evidence of wilful and wanton misconduct in collision at street intersection. In action for wrongful death of motorist resulting from collision of automobiles at street intersection, where evidence indicated that defendant, a minor, southbound, ran into left side of decedent's eastbound automobile at high speed, causing decedent to be thrown from driver's seat some distance through right door of his car; and notwithstanding day was clear and lot 100 feet long on northwest corner provided unobstructed view toward decedent's approaching car, except for some bushes, defendant did not see decedent's car until moment of impact; and case was submitted to jury on charges of both negligence and wilful and wanton misconduct, held that evidence warranted finding of wilful and wanton misconduct and was sufficient to support general verdict for plaintiff.
