ELECTRICITY, § 2 — when no liability attached for discontinuance of gas and electric service. On appeal from judgment for defendant, in action to recover damages for harm allegedly suffered by plaintiff When gas and electric service was discontinued in his home, where plaintiff contended that defendant's action was coercive, that cash deposit required to restore service was unreasonable and that no notice was given before discontinuance, and it appeared that small deposit required for restoration of service was later refunded and that written notice was given before service was discontinued, held that judgment was proper.
