ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 198 — when claim for services rendered to deceased was properly allowed. Where claim was filed by daughter against estate of her deceased mother for reasonable value of nursing and housekeeping services rendered during last ten years of invalid mother's life, and respondent contended that claimant failed to overcome presumption of payment, and it appeared there was nothing in record to indicate that deceased ever paid claimant, and testimony of witnesses indicated that deceased expected to compensate claimant for her services, held that allowance of claim for period not barred by statute of limitations was proper.
