LANDLORD AND TENANT, § 141 — proper interpretation of option to extend lease. Proper interpretation to be placed upon provision of 10 1/2 year lease that lessee, in consideration of its making improvements to become property of lessor, was granted option of cancelling lease at end of first five years or extending it for additional five years at same terms and rental, was that option to extend lease could be exercised at any time within duration of 10 1/2 year term, and lessor's contention that lessee was required to give notice 5 1/2 years prior to expiration of term was not only inconsistent with language of lease, but unreasonable and lacking in purpose for which notices are ordinarily provided, namely, to give lessor reasonable opportunity to relet.
