TRUSTS, § 147 — when order increasirng compensation of trust manager was not abuse of discretion. Order which allowed court-appointed manager of trust property, consisting of advertising billboard business, a salary of $50 per week instead of $40 received as employee of business under terms of father's will, would be affirmed as within court's discretion, where it appeared that such sum was reasonable amount for services performed, and order also provided that in event court on final judgment should determine that payment was wrongfully made, it was to be repaid to trust estate from proceeds of paid-up insurance policy assigned to trust estate or from manager's contingent interest as beneficiary of estate if he survived.
