William Adkins and Fred W. Miller, Appellants, v. Lorene Williams, Defendant. Imogene Fehrenbacher et al., Appellees.

INTOXICATING LIQUORS, § 105 — contributing to intoxication as barring recovery under Dram Shop Act. Generally, doctrine of contributory negligence is not applicable to Dram Shop case, but under Dram Shop Act one who has contributed to intoxication or his own injury may not recover since complaining party must be free from complicity in procuring intoxication (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1945, ch. 43, par. 135; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 68.042).
