(Syllabus.)
1. Searches and Seizures — Sufficiency of Description in Search Warrant. The description in a search warrant must be sufficient to enable the officer executing the warrant to locate the premises to be searched without the aid of any other information save that contained in the warrant.
2. Intoxicating Liquors — Statement of Wife as to Ownership of Liquor Admissible as to Her Alone. Where a defendant and his wife were jointly charged with the unlawful possession of intoxicating liquor, a statement by the wife as to the ownership or possession of the whisky not made in his presence is not binding on the husband, but is admissible as for or against the wife.
3. Intoxicating Liquors — Possession of More Than One Quart of Whisky Prima Facie Evidence of Intention to Sell — Rebuttal. The possession in excess of one quart of whisky is prima facie evidence of an intention to convey, sell, or otherwise dispose of such liquor. This fact may be rebutted by one having the possession of intoxicating liquor.
