In a proceeding for the settlement of the accounts of the trustee of a certificated mortgage issue, the order disallowed an item of $603.15 for legal services in the collection of a trust claim against the Superintendent of Insurance. The claim was voluntarily settled and paid by the Superintendent of Insurance in the amount of $2,412.63. Order, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, without costs. No opinion.
