SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION, § 181 — denial of mandamus to enforce void judgment. In proceeding for mandamus by one high school district against another such district to compel payment of judgment obtained in action wherein parties were designated as certain members of respective boards of education, but judgment as entered was in favor of district rather than board, such writ was denied, since school district and board of education were separate entities and service of process against latter did not give court jurisdiction over former, and judgment thus entered was void.
