John Scheidler, Appellee, v. Esther R. Haught, Executrix of Last Will and Testament of Mary E. Orth, Deceased, Appellant.

ESTATES OF DECEDENTS, § 296 — claim for services rendered. Evidence warranted allowance of claim against 80-year-old decedent's estate for services rendered and board furnished by claimant, who was unrelated to decedent and in whose home decedent lived, on ground that services and board were furnished and accepted under implied, if not expressed, understanding that claimant should be compensated therefor, notwithstanding erasures and discrepancies in claimant's book of account regarding transactions with decedent.
