Order overruling plaintiff's motion to deny defendants' motion to vacate judgment against defendants was not a "final appealable order"; hence plaintiff's appeal from such order was dismissed at plaintiff's costs (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, ch. 110, pars. 201, 215; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 104.077, 104.091).
