R. L. Feltinton, Appellee, v. John J. Rudnik et al., Appellants.

CREDITORS' SUITS, § 52 — sufficiency of evidence. In proceedings by judgment creditor's assignee to subject to payment of judgment real estate which judgment debtors, after judgment and return of execution nulla bona, had transferred to their daughters, evidence warranted decree directing sale of real estate to satisfy judgment on ground that transfer by debtors was a preconceived plan by members of debtors' family to defeat rights of creditors.
