Joseph Greenwald, Appellee, v. Da

BROKERS, § 105 — sufficiency of evidence in action for commission. Evidence warranted verdict and judgment for plaintiff in licensed real estate broker's action for commission allegedly due for obtaining a buyer ready, willing and able to buy defendant's real estate, as against defendant's contention that he submitted the property to plaintiff for sale at a price of $60,000 instead of $55,000 as claimed by plaintiff.
