In an action for a permanent injunction to enjoin the defendant town's prosecution of a proceeding for the condemnation of real property for use as a public park, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered July 20, 1961, denying his motion for a temporary injunction.
