Appeal, as limited by appellant's brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 17, 1968, as, on reargument, adhered to the original determination, except so much of the original determination as relieved respondent as attorney for appellant in a certain action and other possible matters. Order affirmed insofar as appealed from. No opinion. Appeal from order of said court dated September 18, 1968, dismissed. This order was superseded by the order dated October 17, 1968 which granted reargument. Respondent is awarded one bill of $10 costs and disbursements.
