Judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 16, 1967, and order of said court, dated April 23, 1970, modified, on the facts, by reducing the amount of the counsel fee from $30,000 to $20,000. As so modified, judgment and order affirmed, without costs. In our opinion the counsel fee of $30,000 awarded to the former attorneys of appellant-respondent, Dorothy Mae Papadakos, for services rendered in her behalf, from the commencement of the action for annulment herein until the entry of the judgment appealed from, was excessive and should be reduced to the amount indicated herein.
