No brief has been filed in this suit, nor has any appearance been made before this court by the appellant. This court ex proprio motu is hereby ordering dismissal of this appeal as an abandoned appeal pursuant to Rule VII, Section 5(b) of the Uniform Rules of The Courts of Appeal.
