It is hereby ORDERED that ARTHUR LAWRENCE ABRAMS of Newark be suspended from the practice of law for one year and until further order of the Court, effective June 15, 1974; and it is further
ORDERED that the said ARTHUR LAWRENCE ABRAMS be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
