An order to show cause why JOSEPH D. MARINO of Riverside should not be suspended from the practice of law pending final disposition of a complaint filed in the Burlington County Ethics Committee having been entered, and he by his attorney having consented thereto;
It is ORDERED said JOSEPH D. MARINO be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending final disposition of the ethics complaint against him and until further order of the Court, effective immediately; and it is further
ORDERED that said JOSEPH D. MARINO be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
