It is ORDERED that the resignation of CORNELIUS E. GALLAGHER of Bayonne as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey, tendered by letter dated January 20, 1975, which tender was confirmed by letter dated November 28, 1975, be accepted with prejudice in accordance with R. 1:20-10, effective immediately; and it is further
ORDERED that the acceptance of this resignation be deemed equivalent to respondent's disbarment; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent be permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law.
