LOUISIANA HORTICULTURE COMMISSION v. JOE KUHARCIK.

Writ refused. Based on the assignments of error, there is no error of law in its judgment.

DENNIS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted because R.S. 37:1964, subd. C requires but one $25.00 annual fee for each separate establishment or place of business. R.S. 37:1963(21) defines "place of business" as a "permanent establishment". The facts found by the Court of Appeal opinion show that applicant has but one "permanent establishment".
