ORDER
An order to show cause why DOMINICK A. MIRABELLI of Elizabeth should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the disposition of an ethics complaint filed with the Union County Ethics Committee having been entered on December 12, 1977, and he by his attorney having consented thereto;
It is ORDERED that said DOMINICK A. MIRABELLI be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective January 20, 1978, pending resolution of the complaint against him and until further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that said respondent comply with all the Regulations of the Supreme Court Governing Disbarred, Suspended or Resigned Attorneys.
