ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report recommending that ANTHONY J. CAVUTO of Mount Holly be publicly reprimanded for violations of DR 3-101(A) and DR 3-102(A) in that he shared legal fees with a nonattorney;
And The Disciplinary Review Board further recommending that respondent be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that ANTHONY J. CAVUTO be and hereby is publicly reprimanded for his violations of DR 3-101(A) and DR 3-102(A); and it is further
ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of this matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said ANTHONY J. CAVUTO as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further
ORDERED that ANTHONY J. CAVUTO reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts of this matter.
