The Division of Ethics and Professional Services of the Administrative Office of the Courts having petitioned the Supreme Court of New Jersey for an Order temporarily suspending JEANNE P. GALLAGHER of Union City from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and R. 1:20-4(b) and for appropriate protective action on said attorney's files, records and practice pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b) and good cause appearing:
It is ORDERED that JEANNE P. GALLAGHER is temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately and until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services take appropriate action to gain possession and control of the legal files and records of JEANNE P. GALLAGHER wherever situate pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b); and it is further
ORDERED that JEANNE P. GALLAGHER show cause before this Court on April 22, 1980 at the Supreme Court Courtroom, State House Annex, Fourth Floor, Trenton, New Jersey, why the suspension and restraints herein should not continue pending final disposition of any complaints now pending against her before the District VI Ethics Committee and any complaint arising out of the conduct alleged in the Petition of the Division of Ethics and Professional Services filed in this matter and until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that Colette A. Collbaugh or her designee present this matter to the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that Jeanne P. Gallagher is hereby restrained and enjoined from practice of law during the period of her suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that service of this Order to Show Cause be made upon respondent at her office address, 4808 Bergenline Avenue, Union City, New Jersey 07087 and by publication of this order in two consecutive issues of the New Jersey Law Journal.
