DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend GORDON L. BELMONT of Kinnelon from the practice of law pursuant to R.1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on September 2, 1980 temporarily suspending GORDON L. BELMONT from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on September 23, 1980 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District X Ethics Committee, and he by his attorney having consented thereto;
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of GORDON L. BELMONT, imposed by order of this Court dated September 2, 1980, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until the further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that said GORDON L. BELMONT be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
