EMBRY, Justice.
In denying the writ of certiorari in this case, we are not to be understood as approving the interpretation given by the Court of Civil Appeals to Code 1975, § 30-2-51, as it relates to the trial judge's consideration of an inheritance received by a spouse requesting alimony.
