The indictments numbered 91-0986, 91-1015 and 91-1020 are dismissed and the convictions set aside. The judgments on all other indictments are affirmed. The denial of the motion for a new trial is affirmed. The defendant's appeal from the order of the single justice denying a stay of execution is dismissed as moot. We leave the sentencing undisturbed.
