ORDER
This case comes on for review before the Full Commission on remand from the Court of Appeals. In an opinion filed February 12, 1998, this Commission affirmed the decision of an administrative law judge denying additional temporary total disability and reversed the decision of the administrative law judge denying additional medical benefits finding that Dr. Dotson's treatment was reasonable and necessary and related to the claimant's compensable injury.
In an opinion delivered on January 13, 1999, the Arkansas Court of Appeals affirmed our denial of additional temporary total benefits and reversed our award of additional medical benefits stating "There is no substantial evidence to support the Commission's decision finding that Dr. Dotson's treatment was reasonable and necessary and related to her compensable injury." The Court remanded the claim with instructions to enter an order consistent with its decision.
Therefore, for the reasons stated herein, we find that the claimant has failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that she is entitled to the temporary total disability compensation at issue in this claim or that she is entitled to the medical treatment at issue in this claim. The claim for benefits is respectfully denied and dismissed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
