UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, v. FATIH RAMAZANOGLU, Defendant.

MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

LAWRENCE E. KAHN, District Judge.

Currently before the Court are the Defendant's pro se Motion for Modification of Supervised Release and Restitution (Doc. 39, 30 Sep. 1999) and Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. 40, 30 Sep. 1999). The Defendant has not completed the administrative proceedings in this matter nor exhausted his administrative remedies, and it is thus not ripe for intervention by this Court. Defendant's motions are accordingly DENIED.

CONCLUSION

For the reasons stated above, it is hereby:

ORDERED that Defendant Fatih Ramazanoglu's Motion for Modification of Supervised Release and Restitution is DENIED; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Fatih Ramazanoglu's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order is DENIED; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve copies of this order by regular mail upon the parties to this action.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
