PER CURIAM.
Our Board of Certified Court Reporter Examiners has petitioned to amend its regulations to raise the application fee for in-state applicants to $75.00 and to establish a separate application fee for out-of-state applicants and to set that fee at $150.00.
Having been sufficiently advised of the appropriateness of this request, we hereby adopt the Board's proposal and republish § 3a. and § 14e. as amended, effective immediately.
"Section 3. The Board shall set the following fees for the administration of these regulations:
$75.00 application fee for in-state applicants; $150.00 application fee for out-of-state applicants;"
"Section 14. . . . .
e. For in-state applicants, a new application and application fee of $75.00 will be required for all subsequent testing. For out-of-state applicants, a new application and application fee of $150.00 will be required for all subsequent testing."
