PER CURIAM.
The appeal of the underlying divorce action, the same being Civil Action File No. 93-24,008 in the Superior Court of Forsyth County, Georgia is hereby dismissed for failure to timely file an application for appeal as required by OCGA 5-6-35. See Shah v. Shah, 270 Ga. 649 ( 513 S.E.2d 730) (1999).
The remainder of the judgment is affirmed without opinion pursuant to Rule 59.
